Torridon Road Medical Practice are pleased to announce an update to our Triage service to improve access. From Friday 15th September 2023, we will be introducing Anima, a new system which will be available to patients to complete admin and medical requests.
Anima seamlessly and confidentially integrates with your medical record bringing improvements to how you access care and appointments and how our staff assess your condition.
Anima allows our Clinical Triage Team to continue to improve access times by helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care for your medical needs.
Use Anima to:
- Submit any medical or admin request straight to the practice
- Track your requests
- Request repeat prescriptions
- Ask for sick notes and other letters from your GP
- Access self-help and useful resources from the NHS website
- Find other nearby services
- And much more!
