Registration

docandcomputerPatients wishing to register with practice must attend in person and

  • Live within the practice area
  • Agree to the Practice Rules
  • Be eligible to receive free NHS treatment

Patients from overseas will also be asked to bring their passport and, if they are registering as a student, proof of their enrolment at a college/university.

We register patients at the following times:

9.30am - 12 noon  Monday to Friday
2.30 - 6.00pm       Monday to Friday 

Registration normally takes 48 hours.
